There is no single fixed accuracy rate for every search. Confidence depends on the strength of the clues you provide, especially recent clear photos, consistent age and location context, and whether a live profile is still available to match. Results should be reviewed as evidence, not treated as an automatic legal conclusion.

You get a clearance report rather than an empty screen. It states which apps and area were searched, how many profiles and faces were compared, and over what capture window, alongside what that does and does not establish. It should not be treated as proof that someone has never used a dating app: a profile that is hidden, paused, outside current coverage, or newer than our last pass would not appear. Refund review follows the published refund policy, so it is best to read that before checkout if eligibility affects your decision. Missed-SLA refunds apply to the priority add-on only, not the base report.
