A no-match outcome can mean no supported active profile was found, the available clues were not strong enough, or the profile is stale, hidden, outside current coverage, or already deleted. It should not be treated as proof that someone has never used a dating app. If an eligible Tinder, Bumble, or Hinge app qualifies, priority live capture can add a fresh manual pass within the stated SLA.

Priority live capture is an optional paid add-on for eligible no-result apps. It buys a fresh manual check of that app within the stated 24-48 hour SLA; it does not guarantee a match or private-content access.

Refund review follows the published refund policy, so it is best to read that before checkout if eligibility affects your decision. The policy is intended for technical failure, inaccurate fulfillment, or missed priority live-capture SLA scenarios, not as a blanket guarantee for every completed search outcome. Missed-SLA refunds apply to the priority add-on only, not the base report.
